Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. Seal tightly after opening and use as soon as possible.

This product is made by mixing various seasonings such as garlic, sesame seeds, and well-ripened soybean paste that has been fermented and aged at low temperatures for a long period of time. The color may darken if left for a long time, but this is due to natural maturation, so the original flavor is maintained and you can eat it with confidence.
